We are a public charter, and ALL students are eligible to attend – there is no tuition. Charter schools are held to high accountability standards for student achievement and financial operation. We receive funds from the same State and local sources as other public schools. There are currently about 200 charter schools in California today.
Charter Schools are designed meet local needs, and the educational experience is developed by our Community of:

- students
- members of the business community
- organizations
We are chartered by the Vallejo Unified School District (VCUSD).
Our County Authority is the Solano County Office of Education.
Our State Authority is the California Department of Education.
